Since 2012, we provide a road bike rental service in Occitanie from Toulouse for individuals and groups.
Bike Rental Toulouse give the best to please you with bikes and also the logistic which goes around your adventures! Wheter you are in the Gers, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne, Ariège, Aude or Aveyron, we can bring your bikes to you. We also deliver bikes on the Costa Brava, Girona and Barcelona.

FARA F/All-Road Shimano Ultegra
The FARA F/All-Road is a versatile road bike which is ready for all kind of terrain. It has a 34-50 compact crankset and a 11-34 cassette. We fitted it with 28 mm tires which brings a great confort on country roads but also speed on smooth asphalt. However it could accept until 38 mm tires so if you would like to go for long distance bikepacking or on gravel paths, let us know and we could provide bigger tires and bikepacking bags.

MMR Adrenaline Shimano Ultegra Di2
The Adrenaline is a more competitive road bike perfect for challenging rides but the comfort is not left behind. It comes with 28 mm tires, 34-50 compact crankset, 11-34 cassette.
32 mm tires can be mounted for bikepacking for even more comfort, let us know and we could provide bigger tires and bikepacking bags.

Cannondale Tandem Shimano Dura Ace / XTR Di2
This tandem is the mascot of our fleet. It has travelled everywhere in France, a bit of Spain and Italy too. It has the components which are constantly updated. In 2025, it runs with Shimano Dura-ace Di2 shifter, XTR Di2 derailleur and Enve X Cross wheelset. Climbing ready with a 11-42 cassette and a compact crankset 34-50, 32 mm tires it awaits for new adventures!

BOOKING / CANCELATION
Why booking in advance?
The rental season is very busy between June and September, especially in July because of the Tour de France and the European summer school holidays. Our customers are planning their trips months in advance so almost all our bikes are booked a long time in advance. The sooner you book your bike(s), the better it is.
How to proceed a Booking?
1) You can send us an email with your project : dates, locations, the type of bikes, sizes and special requests.
2) We reply with a quote.
3) If you are ok with the quote and the conditions, we send you a payment link to secure your booking.
4) When we get your payment, we send you an invoice and your booking is secured.
5) If you would need to cancel, you can do it until 2 days before the rental period. We would refund you your rental less the bank transfer fees.
How do I find the size I need?
Concerning the sizing, you can use the sizing chart below the description of each model.

What if I need to cancel?
If you would need to cancel, you can do it until 2 days before the rental period. We would refund you your rental less the bank transfer fees.
How do you proceed for the payment?
We use Stripe for our payment request. You can use any credit cards to pay your booking.
Stripe is a powerful payment solution that enables businesses to accept and process secure payments online seamlessly.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Where do you operate ?
Bike Rental Toulouse deliver mainly in the Southwest of France around Toulouse. Deliveries are free in Toulouse. Bikes can be delivered or collected at the Airport (Blagnac).
We work mainly in Toulouse ‘area, the Gers, Tarn, Haute-Garonne, Aude, Ariege, Lot, Lot-et-Garonne, Tarn-et-Garonne.
We deliver also on the Toulouse-Girona-Barcelona.
However, we can deliver in the rest of France depending of your project. Drop us a lign to tell us about your project
How do I collect my bike(s)?
When you book your bike(s), just tell us where you would like to have your bike(s) delivered.
Can the collection location be different from the delivery location ?
With us, it is possible to have your bike collected at a different location than the delivery location. Just mention it when you make your inquiry and we will give you a quote.
BIKES AND EQUIPMENT
Am I going to ride the bike which is on my invoice?
Yes, you will have the bike that is mentionned on the invoice. However, if the bikes that which was assigned to you was delayed or damaged and that we don’t have any other bikes available for your rental period, we would replace it with a bike which is equivalent, carbon frame, Ultegra mechanical or Di2.
Do I need to bring my own pedals / helmet / saddle?
You can rent helmets, pedals (SPD SL road, SPD MD mountain bike and Look Keo) and bag for bikepacking. Of course, if you have pedals different of what we offer, you need to bring them.
If you travel with your pedals or/helmet, we advise you to have them in your carry on in case your baggage get delayed or lost. Same for your cycling shoes!
Do I need to bring my GPS mount ?
Yes, we don’t have the different types GPS mounts in stock, you need to bring yours if you are using a GPS device
Is there a repare kit provided?
Yes, there are a spare tube, tire levers, a mini-pump and a mini toolkit in a saddle bag. However, you bring one if you prefer yours.
DAMAGES, THEFT
What happens if the bike is damaged / stolen ?
If the bike is damaged : you will be charged the amount of parts and work cost.
If the bike is stolen, you will be charged the price of the bike.
Never leave your bike out of sight, even when you go for coffee and cakes!!!

Who runs Bike Rental France ?
Bike Rental France was started in 2012. It is now a commercial name which belongs to Bici1es SRL based in Mallorca, Spain, a company dedicated to cycling logistic in Europe.
Why can't I find Bike Rental France on social media? (Instagram/Facebook...)
We used to be on social media but we don’t have time to run our pages properly. So rather than having accounts without updated feeds, we prefer counting on the a good ranking of our website by optimizing keywords like Bike Rental Toulouse and content.
